Cloeren has launched a new heat bolt mechanism, "Reflex".
The features of the "Reflex" type heat bolt are as follows
The response speed is twice as fast as the conventional type due to a change in the material of the heat bolts and the wattage of the heaters.
The change in the material of the heat bolt and the structure supporting the heat bolt to a "high rigidity steel plate method" have resulted in a twice as wide range of lip movement compared to the conventional type.
The lip movement range is now twice as wide as that of the conventional type.
As a result, manual adjustment is no longer necessary, and automatic adjustment operation is possible immediately after production starts, enabling production of high-precision products in a shorter time.
This allows for the production of high-precision products in a shorter period of time.

クローレン社が新ヒートボルト機構「Ｒｅｆｌｅｘ」の販売を開始しました。
「Ｒｅｆｌｅｘ」型ヒートボルトの特徴は、以下の通りです。
＊ヒートボルトの材質の変更及びヒーターワット数の変更により、応答速度が従来型に比べて２倍速くなりました。
＊ヒートボルトの材質の変更及びヒートボルトを支える構造を「高剛性鋼板方式」に変更したことにより、従来型に比べて
　リップの可動範囲が２倍多くなりました。
結果として、手動調整が不要となり生産開始直後から自動調整運転が可能になるため、精度の良い製品が短時間で生産出来る
ようになりました。
