Demonstration of custom specifications with multiple ROBOT-EYE cameras.
Horizontal molding machine
The camera monitors product residual in the mold and slide core return, and the traverse (take-out machine) takes the product out of the mold and monitors for shorts outside the mold.
The camera is equipped with a function that is resistant to the effects of ambient light and the environment, as well as a position correction function to cope as much as possible with product variation after being chucked by the traverse (take-out machine), to demonstrate more stable monitoring than ever before.

Vertical molding machine
Monitoring of misalignment, incorrect insertion, missing products, etc. when insert products are placed in the mold.
Monitoring of product remaining in the upper mold after molding.
We will demonstrate a participatory type of machine that you can operate together with your customers.
We hope that customers who are having trouble with insert molding will experience the system and we hope that it will provide clues to solving their problems.

カメラで金型内の製品残留やスライドコア戻りの監視を行い、トラバース(取出機)が製品を金型内から取出し金型外でショート監視を行います。
外乱光や環境の影響に強い機能やトラバース(取出機)でのチャック後の製品バラツキにも出来る限り対応する位置補正機能を搭載して従来より安定した監視を実演致します。

【竪型成形機】
インサート製品を金型内に装着した際のズレ・誤挿入・欠品等を監視。
成形後の製品の上型残りを監視。
お客様と一緒に操作する参加タイプの実演を行います。
