We will exhibit and demonstrate three extrusion lines at our booth.

1) "Transparent" Barrel Extruder
- The extruder with "sight-glasses" on the barrel for visually monitoring the inner process.
- Thermocouples are embedded in both screw and cylinder for accurate tracking of melt temperature distribution.
- The applications include validation of screw design and test extrusion of newly-developed resins.

2) Vertical Tubing System
- An extrusion system designed to meet the demands for complex multi-lumen tube designs
- The tube is extruded downward from the cross-head die and vacuum-calibrated in the special device.

3) MD-XCT (Extrusion Line for Medical Tubing)
- A Flagship extrusion line is equipped with three φ15mm extruders
- Suitable for micro-diameter tubing and catheter shaft manufacturing
- Combination with specially-designed extrusion heads will enable "multi-durometer" extrusion with up-to 3 different resins.

*可視化単軸押出機　　*縦型マルチルーメンチューブ製造装置　　*MD-XCT

１．可視化単軸押出機
　　・バレル内各ゾーンで混錬・溶融される樹脂の様子を360度モニタリングできる押出機です。
　　・バレルの側面に透明素材を使用しており、バレル内の様子を肉眼で確認できます。
　　・バレルだけでなくスクリューにも熱電対を内蔵しており、樹脂の温度分布をより正確にリアルタイムで把握可能です。

２．縦型マルチルーメンチューブ製造装置
　　・複雑なルーメン構造を持つチューブの成形精度を高めるために開発された押出機です。
　　・クロスヘッド押出金型から下垂させたチューブを、特殊製法にて精度高く成形できます。

３．ＭＤ-ＸＣＴ
　　・医療機器業界のニーズを基に設計された小径押出機ラインのフラグシップ機です。
　　・医療機器開発で使用される細径のチューブ成形や芯線コーティングに適したφ15mm小型押出機を３台搭載しています。
　　・プラ技研独自開発の押出金型により、複数樹脂を切替えながら押し出すことも可能です。
　　　硬度が異なる樹脂の組合せによって、製品の硬さをコントロールすることができます。
