IPF Japan 2023 Exhibitors Profile

In this year, Multiplas proposed and demonstrated an "intelligent automation production system" with self-developed ICAM and IMES system. In addition to using a robot for automation, the demonstration also focuses on the circular economy. For example, the runner which is already considered a waste during production will be recycled immediately. It means that production will be more economical and environmental-friendly.
In this demonstration, IMES can gather data from the machine and other accessory equipment by communication. In the IMES system, the data will be analyzed to make sure the production is stable. It also provides instant production information to the manager. ICAM can provide self-modification on the parameter function of the machine while the machine production data varies. By applying these two systems, the injection molding machine will be smarter, and by integrating robots, we can expect production to be more efficient.

百塑於本次展覽中，延續工業4.0 (Industrie 4.0)的精神；以循環經濟為概念，將產線中，產出的料骨立即在產線上粉碎後，再回收利用，配合機台上傳感器回饋數據，判斷生產品質是否穩定，對於變異過大的情況，實踐設備自我調整參數的功能，達到生產品質穩定的結果。智慧機械是射出成型機發展的訴求，本司藉由整合射出成型機結合彈性智慧化自動單元配合塑料回收達成自適應產線示範，引領未來趨勢。

今回の展示会では、マルチプラスはインダストリー4.0の考えの下、循環経済の概念に基づいて、生産ラインの成形ランナは即座に粉砕され、その後リサイクルされます。
設備に装備されたセンサをフィードバックデータとして、製品品質が安定しているかどうかを判断し、バラツキが大きすぎる場合には、パラメータを自動調整する機能を実践して、安定した生産品質の結果を達成します。
射出成形機の開発にはスマートマシンが求められており、当社は射出成形機と柔軟なスマート自動化ユニット、プラスチックのリサイクルを統合することで適応型生産ラインを実現し、今後の傾向をリードしています。
