We will display a new series of fully electric extrusion blow molding machine that is more suitable for mass production compared with the conventional series. Reviewing the constructions of the units like a clamping unit and head from MSE/MB series, we succeeded in manufacturing the new lineup that is more suitable for mass production and a more compact layout.
We will also demonstrate the post-process line. The bottles are taken out of the extrusion blow molding machine, inspected by the leak checker, and packed by the bagging machine.
The panel exhibition, movie, and sample product of the full electric extrusion blow molding machine for 10L/20L jerry can(TJS) and the Injection blow molding machine(HPS) will be also displayed.
多数個取りに適した全電動式ダイレクトブロー成形機の新シリーズを展示いたします。
従来の電動式ブロー成形機MSE・MBシリーズから、型締やヘッド等の各ユニットの構造を見直し、より多数個取りに適し、レイアウトもコンパクトになりました。
成形したボトルをリークテスターで液漏れ検査後、袋詰め装置で包装されるまでの一連の流れを実演展示します。
他にも、10L/20Lの取っ手付き製品用ブロー成形機(TJS)や、インジェクションブロー成形機(HPS)、ブロースクールのパネル・動画・サンプル展示も行います。
