Full electrical and tie-bar less: the ENGEL e-motion TL machine concept provides the best conditions for manufacturing lighting applications. In a family mould four light guides in different lengths are produced with a PMMA material. To guarantee a high reproducibility in shot weight the software solution iQ weight control is installed on the machine. The continuous monitoring of the process parameters is covered by the software iQ process observer.
