IPF Japan 2023 Exhibitors Profile

The Manufacturing Division will exhibit wear and corrosion resistant parts for twin screw extruders used in the production of engineering plastics, including screw elements, screw shafts, twin-screw barrels, dies, and air conveying pipes.
In addition, Bay Plastic Machinery will exhibit its "Automatic Strand Feeding System/Pelletizer," Witte's "Pellet Cooler/Vibrating Classifier," and Accurate Thermal Systems' "Fluidized Temperature Bath" as a joint exhibit from the Trading Division. We will introduce the entire range of extruder-related equipment.
In particular, BPM's "Automatic Strand Feeding System," which will be introduced in a video and some equipment exhibits, is a system that automatically transfers strands from the extruder to the pelletizer using a water slide and a conveyer, realizing automation and labor saving, and contributing to efficient pellet production.
Furthermore, by the Engineering Division, we are available for consultation regarding wear and corrosion resistant solutions based on our technology cultivated over many years.

制造部展出用于工程塑料生产的双螺杆挤出机的耐磨、耐腐蚀部件包括螺纹件，螺杆轴、双螺杆筒体、模头和耐磨空气输送管道。
商务部展出美国Bay Plastic Machinery公司的“自动拉条喂料系统/切粒机”，Witte公司的“颗粒冷却机/振动筛”，Accurate Thermal Systems公司的“流动层热处理炉”。并展示和介绍与挤出机相关的各种设备。
特别是用视频和部分设备展示的BPM的“自动拉条喂料系统”，是一种利用水滑传送带自动将拉条从挤出机输送到切粒机的系统，实现了自动化和省力化，提高了生产效率。
技术部可以根据长年积累的技术经验，针对各种耐磨、耐腐蚀问题的咨询，提供最佳的解决方案。

今回は製造部門より、エンジニアリングプラスチック製造に使用される二軸押出機の耐摩耗・耐腐食部品（スクリューエレメント、スクリューシャフト、二軸バレル、ダイス、空送管等）を展示いたします。
また、商事部門より共同出展として、米国Bay Plastic Machinery社による「自動ストランド供給システム/ペレタイザー」、同じく米国Witte社製の「ペレットクーラー/振動ふるい」、Accurate Thermal Systems社製「流動層熱処理炉」等を展示し、押出機に関連する装置全般を紹介させて頂きます。
特に、ビデオと一部装置展示にて紹介する、BPM社の「自動ストランド供給システム」は、押出機から出たストランドをウォータースライドでペレタイザーまで自動搬送するシステムで、自動化・省力化が実現され、ペレットの効率的な生産に貢献します。
