We are specialized in the production of barrel and screw as well as all the related component parts for use in plastic injection moulding maching, plastic extrusion moulding machine, rubber moulding machine and Bakelite moulding machine.

We also produce bimetallic barrel and screw sets which have very good anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion strength, suitable for processing highly abrasive and corrosive engineering resin sch as LCP, PA6T PA46, PA66, FR50, PBT, PCT, PC+ABC, etc.

In Taiwan, only our Co. is capable fo producing a special grade of bimetallic barrel which is suitable for processing magnet powder, ceramic powder, Teflon, or Fe powder.

天星料管工業では、射出成形機，押出し機で使用する、シリンダ，スクリュ，各種パーツを生産しています。
また、耐腐食耐摩耗性のバイメタリックシリンダとスクリュの開発により、フィラーを多く含むPPS，LCP，特殊ナイロン等のエンプラ成形でもロングライフを可能にしました。
最先端の特殊表面処理により、スクリュや3点セットへの焦げ付きを低減し、黒点問題による不良率を大幅に下げる技術をご紹介致します。
