Introducing SEMELAKE MB MOS-5G - a filler masterbatch designed to be lightweight, versatile and environmentally friendly. This innovative product combines three important features - reducing environmental impact, enhancing versatility and being lightweight.
Ube Material Industries, Ltd has developed an inorganic fiber called "MOS-HIGE®" which maintains mechanical properties while reducing weight. This fiber allows for the production of molded products with the same strength as conventional materials but with a lower specific gravity.
This is a master batch that can be freely diluted based on the product's design and desired features. It allows for molding without the need to prepare multiple compounds.
Using a batch process can decrease the need for excessive kneading of molding compounds, resulting in reduced energy consumption during material processing. This, in turn, can help decrease CO2 emissions.

従来材料の成形品と比較して、同じ強度でも低比重化が可能です。
マスターバッチのため、製品の設計・要求特性に合わせて自由に薄めてご使用頂けます。
多くのコンパウンドを揃えることなく、成形することが可能です。
マスターバッチ化により、成形用コンパウンドの混錬加工数量を低減できるため、材料加工時のエネルギー低減 ＝ 二酸化炭素排出量の削減が可能です。
