1) Turnkey Solution of Bioplastic Injection Molding System
In 2010, NISSEI developed N-PLAjet, which was one of the industry’s first injection molding systems that processed plant-based resins. Some bioplastics have poor fluidity and mold releasability, which are challenging for injection molding, preventing these materials from being widely used. From a circular economy perspective, NISSEI has been committed to offer injection molding systems that process “100% plant-based” materials instead of using bioplastics mixed with petroleum-based ingredients to improve moldability.

2) Electric-Type High-Performance Injection Molding Machine NEX-V Series with New IoT-Enabled TACT 5 Controller
NISSEI’s new IoT technology “N-constellation” materializes the injection molding machine to function as a network hub to connect various auxiliary equipment. It allows real-time collection of operation data, remote monitoring, and remote maintenance as well as offering predictive maintenance feature in the future. The all-new NEX-V Series leads the future of injection molding machines.

我司于2010年率先研发了面向植物树脂的成形系统N-PLAjet。随着生物塑料的普及扩大，有些材料流动性和脱模性差、成形难度高已成为一个课题。不为了改善成形性而简单混入石油成分，我司从循环经济的观点出发，秉承着“100%源于植物”的理念，做出了成形系统的提案。

2)电气式高性能注塑机 NEX-V series
NEX-V 系列是引领新时代的新式注塑机，拥有NISSEI 独有的IoT 技术“N-constellation”，实现了以注塑机为中心将各种周边机网络化，实时收集运转信息的同时，还可以进行远程监控和远程维护服务，未来还将重点实现预知保护功能。

当社は、2010年には業界に先駆けて植物由来樹脂向け成形システムN-PLAjetを開発しています。バイオプラスチックの中には、流動性や離型性が悪く成形難度の高い材料があり、普及拡大に向けて課題となっていますが、成形性の改善のために安易に石油由来成分を混ぜ込むのではなく、サーキュラーエコノミーの観点から「100％植物由来」にこだわりを持っており、そのための成形システムをご提案しています。

２）IoT対応新コントローラTACT ５搭載　電気式高性能射出成形機　NEX-V series
射出成形機をハブに各種周辺機器をネットワーク化するNISSEI 独自のIoT 対応技術「N-constellation」を実現し、稼働情報のリアルタイム収集はもとより、遠隔でのモニタリングやリモートメンテナンスサービスを実現する他、将来的には予知保全の実現も見据えた新しい時代を牽引する新しい成形機です。
