"Lightweight Yet Strong" CFRTP Bolts
Introducing "Tsuyokaru," high-strength, lightweight resin bolts made from CFRTP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics). While featuring a specific gravity approximately one-sixth that of stainless steel, they aim to achieve a tensile strength of 200 MPa, comparable to metal products. These bolts offer corrosion resistance, non-magnetic properties, X-ray transparency, and electromagnetic shielding capabilities, and are compatible with mass production via injection molding. Starting with small to medium-sized drones, they address lightweighting needs through metal substitution in fields such as mobility and precision equipment.

CFRTP(炭素繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂)を用いた高強度・軽量の樹脂ボルト「ツヨカル」です。比重はステンレスの約6分の1でありながら、引張強さ200MPaという金属に匹敵する強度を実現。耐食性、非磁性、X線透過性、電磁波シールド性を備え、射出成形による量産にも対応しています。小型・中型ドローンを起点に、モビリティや精密機器など金属代替による軽量化ニーズに応えます。
