A multilayer PP sheet with an integrated barrier layer that blocks oxygen far more effectively than single-layer PP, extending shelf life for up to 12 months, and available in a wide range of colors. Used to manufacture food trays for a variety of applications requiring long-term storage — including retort, room-temperature pudding and jelly, pet food, baby food, and aseptic rice.

A single-layer PP sheet without an additional barrier layer, offering a simpler structure and more cost-efficient production compared to multilayer PP, and available in a wide range of colors, including clear. Used to manufacture food trays for applications with standard shelf-life needs, such as sauce containers, jelly cups, and other general food packaging.

Multi-layer PP trays with an oxygen barrier layer extend shelf life up to 18 months. Suitable for a wide range of applications including retort, aseptic packaged rice, and jelly, with a variety of colors, thicknesses, and shapes available to fit diverse food tray needs.

This in-mold cup uses a single material for easy recycling, a simpler manufacturing process for better cost, no adhesive to cut chemical emissions, and still blocks oxygen better than aluminum foil or metallized film.
