■ mIro-Spark:We will be exhibiting a plastic sorting machine capable of simultaneously analyzing black plastics—a process considered difficult—and detecting heavy metal components such as additives. This patented technology is ideally suited for recycled materials derived from automobiles and home appliances. ■ sIRo-PAD: This device enables compositional analysis of shredded plastic. While sorting shredded plastic is a standard part of the recycling process, the actual effectiveness of this sorting—such as the specific plastic types present and their respective percentages—is rarely quantified. This lack of data can lead to inefficiencies in sorting equipment and reduced operational productivity. By providing concrete numerical data, we believe this tool facilitates productive discussions and drives operational improvements.

■ｍIro-Spark：難しいとされている黒色プラスチックの分析と同時に添加剤などの重金属成分検出が可能なプラスチック選別機の展示をいたします。当該原理は特許取得済みであり、車や家電のリサイクル材に適しています。 ■sIRo-PAD：破砕プラスチックの成分分析が可能です。リサイクル工程で破砕プラの選別工程がありますが、実際にどの程度の選別ができているのか？どの種別のプラスチックが何パーセント含まれているのかの把握はほとんどされていなく、その結果が選別装置の非効率化や稼働効率を下げている可能性があります。数字として提示できることで、議論がしやすく改善効果もあると考えます。
