By combining pre-colored metallic molding and pre-colored piano black molding with two-shot molding or insert molding technologies, highly decorative paint-free products can be achieved. Eliminating painting and complex masking processes improves productivity and reduces costs while significantly expanding design flexibility.

A pattern-effect molding technology that creates a unique and sophisticated appearance through the controlled blending of two resin colors. By precisely controlling each resin with independent injection units, highly consistent pattern reproducibility is achieved. In addition, textured mold surfaces enhance the tactile feel and premium appearance of the molded products.

A distinctive decorative technology achievable only with pre-colored resin molding. A transparent clear layer is formed on the surface, while deeply embossed patterns are incorporated beneath the clear layer. This structure creates both visual color depth and three-dimensional texture, delivering a premium appearance that changes subtly with viewing angle and lighting conditions.
