We will preview and demonstrate the Tabletop Crusher, a new machine under development for plastic prototyping following INARI and CONERI.

Until now, few compact machines have made it easy to reuse runners, defective molded parts, and solid lumps of resin generated during prototyping and materials development. Small crushers are relatively easy to install, but their crushing capacity and range of compatible materials can be limited, particularly when handling engineering plastics and high-strength resins. Large industrial crushers offer greater performance, but their space requirements and cost make them impractical for many prototyping environments.

Our Tabletop Crusher is being developed to do more than simply reduce the size of an industrial machine. We aim to create a crusher that is truly useful in prototyping: compact enough to fit in a laboratory or office, yet powerful enough to handle high-strength resins and solid lumps of resin.

CONERI is a tabletop pelletizer that combines resin compounding, extrusion, and pelletizing in a single machine. Its proprietary inverted L-shaped design brings together three processes that would traditionally require separate machines.

Its compact size allows pellets to be produced from as little as approximately 100 g of material. By making only the amount needed, you can minimize material costs during prototyping. The machine is also designed for easy maintenance: residual resin can be removed and materials changed quickly. This makes it possible to explore a variety of formulations and colors, even when time is limited.

At the exhibition, we will demonstrate color compounding with CONERI. The resulting pellets will also be on display as samples.

INARI P35 is a tabletop pneumatic injection molding machine powered by an air cylinder. With a simple movement of the handle and the press of a button, anyone can produce high-quality molded parts. It delivers approximately 2 tons of pressing force and a maximum heating temperature of 320°C. This enables it to mold a wide range of materials, including engineering plastics such as polycarbonate and sustainable resins with low flowability that require high molding pressure. From research prototypes and molding tests for new materials to small-batch production, INARI P35 expands the possibilities of making.

At the exhibition, we will demonstrate molding a fork with INARI P35. Visitors are welcome to take a molded fork home as a sample.

INARI M06/M12 are compact manual injection molding machines that let you focus on molding at your own pace, right on a tabletop. We rethought the mechanics of conventional injection molding machines from the ground up, developing a proprietary injection method that combines functionality with easy maintenance and a design that reduces stress on the mold. Despite their compact size, the machines support a wide range of techniques, including insert molding and two-color molding.

Two rental services are available for different needs. The Waste Plastic Recycling Workshop Set Rental Service lets participants experience the recycling process by molding with waste plastic, making it useful for educational activities. The INARI Trial Set Rental Service allows customers considering a purchase to try the machine in their usual workspace.

At the exhibition, we will demonstrate molding animal-shaped magnets with INARI M06. Visitors are welcome to take a molded magnet home as a sample. INARI M12 will also be on display.

KitMill AST200 is a tabletop CNC milling machine capable of cutting even steel. When equipped with the optional ball screw upgrade, it achieves a machining error range within ±0.02 mm, making it suitable for product development. Its cast-iron frame provides stable cutting performance when machining steel. Combined with the optional Coolant Case, it can also produce the high-quality finish required for applications such as mold making.

Using KitMill AST200 together with the INARI series makes it possible to create injection-molded prototypes in a single day. Molded parts can be inspected immediately, allowing designs to be evaluated and refined quickly.

At the exhibition, we will demonstrate machining a mold for INARI using KitMill AST200 and the Coolant Case introduced below.

The Coolant Case is a dedicated enclosure that supplies coolant, or cutting fluid, while machining with KitMill to improve machining accuracy. It is particularly effective for mold making, where the quality of the machined surface directly affects the quality of the molded part.

The coolant helps prevent material from adhering to the cutting tool, while carrying away chips to reduce machining problems and support precise cutting. The inside of the case can also be cleaned quickly and easily, creating a more comfortable workspace where you can focus on research and development.
