MYbatch3 is Syncro Group’s latest-generation gravimetric batch blender, designed to deliver high dosing accuracy, excellent mixing homogeneity, and maximum flexibility for plastic extrusion lines. Configurable from 2 to 6 components, it can handle very low percentages of additives and materials at temperatures up to 180°C. Each component is dosed sequentially according to the recipe, while an inclined mixer mounted on a load cell ensures fast, repeatable mixing and loss-in-weight control of the extrusion screw. Its modular design allows easy future expansion, while SmartDrayn enables fast, clean recipe changes with material traceability. MYbatch3 is also ready for integration with supervisory and ERP systems via OPC-UA, supporting Industry 5.0 and IoT applications.

onYcscan is Syncro Group’s advanced ultrasonic gauging system, designed for precise, stable and real-time measurement of material thickness and basis weight. Using ultrasonic wave absorption technology, it achieves accuracy below 0.3% of the measured value, with a resolution of 0.02 micron and repeatability down to 0.05%. Unlike traditional radioisotope or X-ray systems, SonYcscan uses no ionizing radiation, improving safety and simplifying operation. It requires no material-specific calibration and automatically compensates for temperature and humidity variations. Suitable for stretch film, nonwoven, BOPP and coating lines, it can also be integrated with automatic profile control systems. Fast to install, robust and easy to maintain, SonYcscan supports Industry 4.0 and IoT integration via OPC-UA, delivering reliable process control across a wide range of materials.

MAXYMIZER is Syncro Group / SYDRY’s high-efficiency batch polymer regrader, designed to dry, decontaminate and regrade polymers while reducing energy consumption and increasing the quality and value of recycled materials. Using infrared (IR) heating under vacuum, the system transfers heat to the polymer rapidly and efficiently, minimizing heat loss and energy waste. It can perform three different functions depending on the process temperature: drying at 180°C, removal of volatile contaminants such as acetaldehyde at 200°C, and Solid State Polycondensation (SSP) at 220°C to improve the material’s intrinsic viscosity (IV). A highly insulated storage tank preserves the high-temperature, low-humidity condition of the treated material for extended periods. Its compact design integrates the loader, reactor and storage tank into a single structure, reducing overall space requirements. MAXYMIZER is suitable for hygroscopic polymers and biopolymers and can be used in injection molding, extrusion and blow molding applications
