This system provides a service that facilitates online matching and manages the entire transaction process, connecting buyers seeking recycled materials with sellers looking to circulate waste materials as recycled resources.
It is being jointly developed by Hitachi High-Tech and Hitachi, leveraging Hitachi High-Tech’s long-standing expertise in plastic materials and its core measurement and analysis technologies, alongside AI technology developed from Hitachi’s Materials Informatics (MI) capabilities and a proprietary experimental database on recycled plastics.

While recycled plastics often suffer from inconsistent quality, we supply high-quality recycled plastics with minimal lot-to-lot variation. We can also develop polypropylene (PP) materials tailored to your specifications that comply with proposed End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) regulations. Furthermore, we are now expanding our offerings to include materials sourced from overseas.

In addition, we provide contract quality analysis and evaluation systems (featuring quality visualization software) for molding materials. These services quantify molding quality by utilizing in-process sensing data—such as pressure and temperature—to extract key characteristics. They serve as valuable tools for supporting material selection and optimizing material usage in your operations.

We offer a diverse lineup of PP-based bioplastics tailored to various applications.
We have also developed grades based primarily on ABS.
These materials exhibit minimal burning during molding and are compatible with conventional molding conditions.
Compared to standard petroleum-based plastics, they offer the potential to reduce CO2 emissions (specifically under GHG Protocol Scope 3, Categories 1 and 12).
