当社は長年にわたり、押出成形設備、金型、シリンダー・スクリューの設計・製造を手掛け、日本市場のお客様とともに成長してまいりました。
近年は、これまで培ってきた押出成形技術を活かし、リサイクル造粒・改質造粒分野を中心に、原料の混合・計量・搬送から、廃材の破砕、押出・造粒まで、生産工程全体をサポートする設備・システムの開発に取り組んでおります。
今回のIPFでは、リサイクル造粒・改質造粒向け押出設備をはじめ、原料の混合・搬送システム、廃材の破砕設備などをご紹介いたします。

The co-rotating conical twin-screw extruder combines the excellent mixing and dispersion performance of conventional co-rotating twin-screw extruders with the advantages of a conical screw design. The larger screw diameter and greater intake volume at the feeding section enable stable feeding of low-bulk-density recycled materials, powders, and highly filled compounds, while providing high processing capacity.
The modular screw design allows the screw element configuration to be optimized according to material properties, formulations, and mixing requirements. Worn screw elements can be replaced individually, providing easy maintenance and reducing operating costs.
With its excellent mixing and dispersion performance, flexible screw configuration, and high processing capacity, the extruder is suitable for a wide range of applications, including recycling, highly filled compounds, and various compounding and modification processes.
