By solving our customers’ problems one by one, we ended up with our current main products: the “Screw,” “SR Luder·Bambi,” “Hangry Feeder,” and “Vent-type Plasticizing Unit.”

Achieves no need for pre-drying of materials and removes moisture, gases, and residual monomers.
･ Re-pelletizer operation demonstration.
Manufactured to recycle crushed sprue materials generated in molding factories into re-pellets.
Since the re-pellets are comparable to virgin pellets, they achieve cost reduction, reduction of molding defects, and environmental conservation.

From the "overfeeding molding method" to the "hungry molding method." Achieves lower defect rates and longer mold maintenance intervals.

・リペレット機 稼働実演。
成形工場内で発生するスプルランナーの粉砕材を再生ペレット化するために製造しました
バージンペレットと同等の再生ペレットなので、コスト削減・成形不良低減・環境保全 を実現。
・原料定量供給装置
過食成形法」から「ハングリー成形法」へ。成形不良率の低減と金型メンテ期間の延長を実現。

Features of the SR Ruder Bambi:
① Space-saving, compact design
The extrusion, water tank, and cutter sections are integrated into one design.
② Original screw design to minimize property degradation
By using a screw design optimized for the material, it allows recycling pellets that are comparable to virgin material. Because it can be processed at low temperatures, property degradation is kept to a minimum.
③ Quantitative feeding system
Equipped with a material quantitative feeding system with a built-in special-shaped feed screw. It can crush miscuts in the crushed material, suppress powder generation, and ensure stable feeding into the main screw, preventing feeding issues and enabling consistent processing.
④ Vent-type plasticization eliminates the need for pre-drying
A vent hole is installed in the extruder cylinder to remove moisture and gas, which reduces property degradation and allows processing without pre-drying. This saves on electricity and equipment costs for drying.

Features of the Hungry Feeder:
① Gas extraction with a vacuum ejector suction unit
- The Hungry Feeder doesn’t use a vacuum pump.
- No need to modify the cylinder to seal gaps.
- It uses factory air to create negative pressure with a vacuum ejector, generating flow to exhaust gas and moisture.
- If there are gaps in the cylinder during hungry molding, you can get the same gas extraction effect as a vacuum pump.
② Standard LCD monitor and camera!
- Shows the main screw of the molding machine from directly above so you can always check if it’s in hungry molding.
③ Easy to clean with color changes in mind!
