The system can handle a maximum throughput of 1500 kg/h.

This laser filter features an automatic cleaning function that maintains a constant outlet resin pressure.
The DUO uses two filter elements, ensuring a large screening area while keeping the filtration chamber compact.
An independent discharge screw enables stable discharge of foreign matter.
Thanks to its unique design, the time required for cleaning and replacing the filters and blades is significantly reduced.
(Once you get the hang of it, it takes about 15 minutes with two people.)
The laser screens are manufactured in-house and feature a tapered laser-cut design that minimizes clogging.
The laser screens accommodate particle sizes ranging from 60 to 2,000 μm (approximately 230 to 10 mesh).

This is a high-performance extruder that utilizes high vacuum and a multi-screw design.
It excels at removing volatile impurities such as moisture, gases, oils, ink, and odors.
With eight multi-rotation screws rotating in the opposite direction of the main screw,
it creates 40 times the polymer surface area compared to a twin-screw extruder.
The lineup consists of three main models: OMNI, OMNImax, and OMNIboost.
The OMNI and OMNImax models consist of a multi-screw (MRS) extruder combined with a high-vacuum system (vacuum pressure ranging from 1 millibar to 25 millibars).
The OMNIboost is specifically designed for PET resin and features a multi-dimensional system (MDS) extruder combined with a liquid-phase polymerization unit.
These extruders are FDA-certified and designed to enable horizontal recycling.

As the filter rotates, the resin is continuously filtered through a clean filter element.
In addition, a small amount of the filtered resin is drawn off and backwashed from the outlet side to the inlet side of the screen at a pressure of approximately 30 to 80 bar.
This results in excellent self-cleaning performance.

This friction cleaning machine offers a choice between dry and wet (cold or hot water) cleaning modes.
The dwell time for cleaning the materials can be set.
The blades can be customized depending on the material being processed.

The waste liquid press is installed at the end of the film washing line and is used to dry the material.
The dewatering screw press system is based on a mechanical pressing method in which a screw operates inside a perforated cylinder.
The discharge end of the waste material screw press is equipped with a hydraulic lock that slows the product feed rate.
This compresses the flakes emerging from the film squeezer, causing them to partially melt and, as a result, removing moisture.
This machine is equipped with a hydraulic power unit controlled by a control system that processes pressure data, current, and temperature to optimize the machine’s film drying performance.

This extruder combines a two-stage extrusion configuration with smart automation and a patented degassing system.
The innovative degassing system (patented) captures and removes volatile contaminants through the injection of supercritical CO2 gas.
Based on LDPE as the material, the product lineup includes models with production capacities ranging from 500 kg to 3,000 kg per hour.
