This device uses the cavitation effect created by mixing high-pressure water and air to clean scale and dirt from the water pipes inside molds.

The “KCT Series” supports a maximum fluid temperature of 230°C, even though it uses "pure water" as the heat transfer fluid.
It enables “pure water” to cover the temperature range previously handled by “heat transfer oil,” contributing to environmental sustainability.

The "KCO-i" is a thermal fluid (oil) temperature controlling equipment that delivers high cooling capacity through its dual-circuit temperature control system and achieves high mold cooling efficiency thanks to its high-pressure pump.
It is recommended for temperature control of die-casting molds and press-forming molds (magnesium forming).

The "KCL Series" is a temperature controlling equipment that employs a vacuum circulation system, which draws the medium into the mold’s cooling circuits to ensure the pressure remains below atmospheric pressure (vacuum) at all times, while conventional mold temperature controllers pump medium at pressures higher than atmospheric pressure through the cooling circuits inside the mold.
