L-CUBE is a laminated molded block designed for machining prototypes directly from production-grade injection molding pellets. Even when sheets or rods are not commercially available, L-CUBE enables prototype machining and evaluation using the same resin intended for actual mass production. By molding the material in thin layers, we can produce machinable blocks from a wide range of materials, including general-purpose resins, super engineering plastics such as PEEK, PPS, LCP and PPA, as well as elastomers, composites and plant-derived materials. L-CUBE is available in 100 mm and 300 mm square sizes. Our original technology provides a new solution for customers who want to machine and evaluate prototypes using a specific production-grade material.

量産用の射出成形ペレットから、切削試作用ブロックを製作する積層成形ブロック「L-CUBE」。市販の板材・丸棒では入手困難な材料でも、実際に量産で使用する樹脂を薄層で積層成形し、切削加工による試作・評価を可能にします。汎用材からPEEK、PPS、LCP、PPAなどのスーパーエンプラ、エラストマー、複合材、植物由来材料まで幅広い製作実績があります。100mm角・300mm角に対応。「この材料で切削試作したい」に応える、旭モールディング独自の技術です。

L-CUBE是一种使用量产注塑颗粒制造的层叠成型切削用块材。即使市场上难以取得板材或棒材，也可使用实际量产材料进行切削试作和评价。已具备PEEK、PPS、LCP、PPA等超级工程塑料，以及弹性体、复合材料和植物来源材料的制作实绩。可对应100mm和300mm方形规格。
