Greco in-house developed ISOPAK LFRT includes long glass fiber and long carbon fiber reinforced materials. The material presents excellent rigidity property, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. It can be used to replace metal material of the industrial parts and efficiently lightening the weight. The injected product can reach nice gloss and smooth surfaces.

The length of ISOPAK LFRT pellets can be produced between 10mm to 25mm. It can be applied to the case of electrical instrument, car parts, machinery parts, exercise equipment gears, and IT equipment frame and/or housing.

ISOTHANER5000: USP Class VI medical-grade polyether TPU with superior hydrolytic resistance and biocompatibility.
The ISOTHANE R5000 series products are polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethanes. They exhibit excellent USP Class VI biocompatibility, hydrolytic resistance, fungus resistance, and low-temperature flexibility.

Processing Method: Suitable for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.

Suggested Applications: Medical tubing and single-use medical disposables.

ISOTHANE 1000: High-toughness adipate ester TPU offering superior abrasion & solvent resistance for industrial parts.
The ISOTHANE 1000 series consists of poly(adipate) ester-based thermoforming TPU resins. They deliver outstanding toughness, abrasion resistance, and solvent resistance. Easily processed via injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.
Suggested Applications: Seals, Gaskets, Sheets, Film, Tube, Cable, Shoe Sole, Sporting Equipment and Mechanical Goods.

LFRT: Combines thermoplastic flexibility & long-fiber strength for continuous-fiber rigidity and fast molding.
LFRT merges thermoplastic processability with long-fiber strength, delivering continuous-fiber rigidity and rapid-cycle injection molding capability.
