At this exhibition, we will showcase our latest technologies and products centered around polyurethane metering, mixing, and injection.

Our solutions cover a wide range of applications, including HFO-compatible high-pressure injection machines, In-Mold Coating (IMC), EV battery cell modules, and automated insulation panel injection systems. We will also introduce our gas-loading technologies for polyols, supporting next-generation polyurethane processing.

In addition, we will present ARMS (Advanced Remote Monitoring System), an advanced remote monitoring solution that enables us to monitor the operating status of polyurethane injection machines remotely, provide support in the event of problems, and identify when maintenance is required.

From individual machines to full turnkey production systems including peripheral equipment, we provide comprehensive solutions based on the concept of “Mixing, Injection, Automation, and Visualization.”

本展示会では、ポリウレタンの「計量・混合・注入」を核とした、当社の最新技術・製品をご紹介します。

HFO対応の高圧注入機をはじめ、インモールドコーティング（IMC）、EV車バッテリーセルモジュール、断熱パネル自動注入など、幅広い用途に対応する専用システムを展示。さらに、ポリオールへの気体混入技術など、次世代のウレタン成形を支える技術をご覧いただけます。

また、ウレタン注入機の稼働状況を遠隔監視し、トラブル対応やメンテナンス時期の把握を可能にする　～先進リモート監視システム「ARMS」～をご紹介します。

設備単体だけでなく、周辺設備を含めたフルターンキーシステムまで、～「混ぜる・注入する・自動化する・見える化する」～をトータルでご提案します。
