Two-roll, three-roll, four-roll, five-roll and six-roll calender rolls; Type I, Type L, reverse L-type and S-type are all available as per customer specifications.

For roll structures: Bored rolls and drilled rolls are both manufactured via centrifugal casting process.

Available roll surface treatments include hard chrome plating, mirror buff polishing and tungsten carbide thermal spraying.

Our factory is equipped with three large five-face machining centers to guarantee high machining precision.

Henschel mixers and cooling mixers with capacities ranging from 10L to 3000L.

Constructed of SUS304 stainless steel with 300-mesh buff finishing, jacketed vessel, fitted with temperature sensors, and operated via touch panel.
Equipped with air purge valves on the shaft seal and discharge valve sides. The lid and discharge valve are opened and closed by air cylinders.

Custom blade designs are available upon request.
Blade surfaces can be overlay welded with alloy steel or treated with tungsten carbide thermal spraying.

Open kneaders with volume from 5L to 5000L, fully constructed of SUS304 stainless steel.
Equipped with jacket for heating and cooling by steam and circulating water.
Available with sigma blades or Banbury-type blades, processed with hard chrome plating and 300-mesh buff polishing.
Two discharge options: bottom screw discharge and tilting discharge.
The shaft seal adopts combined structure of mechanical seal + gland packing, easy to replace with excellent sealing performance.
