Digital Color Image Processing with 4-Camera Support
The PLUS-E is a compact, lightweight, all-in-one device designed to prevent trouble with molding machines and molds. It monitors molds and molded parts in plastic and die-cast molding machines, stopping the machine or triggering an automatic recovery sequence upon detecting issues or defects.
The evolved PE-700 model enables monitoring of molds and molding processes using four cameras combined with digital color image processing.
This capability allows for the monitoring and inspection of intricate, complex molds, as well as large molds used for large-scale products or exterior components.
