NIWPHOSII is a high-performance electroless Ni-W-P plating technology that provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance with a hardness of approximately 780 HV. Its superior release and non-stick properties reduce mold deposits and maintenance requirements. Proven results include up to 7× longer mold life and up to 18× shorter maintenance time through improved vent-hole performance, enhancing both productivity and equipment longevity.

RESIFRAME is a high-performance surface treatment with excellent release and non-stick properties. It reduces resin and rubber adhesion, enabling mold-release-agent-free molding and minimizing mold deposits. The coating maintains its performance without whitening or degradation after thinner cleaning, and has demonstrated up to 2.5× longer mold life for polyurethane molds and 5.8× longer life for elastomer molds, contributing to lower maintenance costs and higher productivity.
