YAMADA DOBBY, a manufacturer of high-speed precision presses, has developed the MKS Linear Friction Welding System by applying its press technology.
The MKS addresses challenges such as noise, large equipment size, material limitations, and fixture constraints through a unique press-based design.

高速精密プレス機械メーカーである山田ドビーは、長年培ってきた高速・高精度なプレス機技術を応用し、線形摩擦接合装置「MKS」を開発しました。
MKSは、従来の接合装置における騒音、装置の大型化、接合材料の制約、治具への依存といった課題に対し、プレス機メーカーならではの技術と発想でアプローチした接合装置です。
今回は実機を出展し、実際の接合加工を実演します。プレス機メーカーから生まれた線形摩擦接合装置「MKS」の機構と接合プロセスを、ぜひ会場でご覧ください。
