Our company has successfully developed a "CNC pipe bender with heating function" that comes with a heating processing function and software dedicated to heated bending, as an option for the conventional "CNC pipe bender." Just like with the traditional pipe bender, you can input data and perform 3D bending. Using our company's 3D shape measuring machines, the "Collaborative Robo-Former" and the "Tube Former," we can measure the 3D shape of the bent pipes. This allows us to provide feedback on any shape discrepancies compared to the product drawings, so after just a few prototypes, it's possible to create 3D bent resin shapes that match the product drawings.

弊社では従来の「CNCパイプベンダー」のオプションで加熱加工機能と、加熱曲げ専用ソフトを搭載した「加熱機能付CNCパイプベンダー」の開発に成功しました。従来のパイプベンダー同様のデーター入力を行い３D曲げ加工する事ができ、弊社開発の３D形状測定機「協働ロボフォーマ」、「チューブフォーマ」により曲げ３D形状の測定を行う事で、製品図面との形状誤差がフィードバックでき、数本の試作により製品図面どおりの３D形状樹脂曲げが可能となる製品を開発しました。

我们公司成功开发了在传统“CNC弯管机”选项基础上，搭载加热加工功能和专用加热弯曲软件的“带加热功能的CNC弯管机”。像传统弯管机一样进行数据输入，就能进行3D弯曲加工。通过我们开发的3D形状测量机“协作机器人成型机”和“管材成型机”测量弯曲的3D形状，就能将与产品图纸的形状误差反馈回来。这样经过几次试作，就能实现按照产品图纸的3D形状进行树脂弯管的产品开发。
