Building on the simultaneous forming and trimming machine we exhibited three years ago, KAZUM presents a new model designed with a stronger focus on operability, mold changeover, and maintainability.
The machine features simplified setup, easier mold changeover with hydraulic clamps, compatibility with molds from other manufacturers, reduced sheet scrap through the adoption of a clip chain, and a newly added sheet temperature monitoring function.
Our focus goes beyond forming performance. We have continued to evolve the machine to make it easier to operate, easier to maintain, and better suited to real-world production.

旧モデルの同時抜き真空圧空成形機をさらに進化させ、操作性・金型交換・メンテナンス性を高めた新モデルを展示します。
設定の容易化や油圧クランパによる金型交換の簡略化、他社金型にも対応できる設計をはじめ、クリップチェーンの採用によるシートカスの低減、シート温度監視機能の追加など、実際の生産現場での使いやすさを追求しました。
