Sorghum Natural Fibre Composite

This composite material effectively utilizes residues generated during bioethanol production from sorghum as natural fibers, contributing to a circular economy and carbon neutrality.
Applications are being expanded beyond automotive interior components to non-automotive fields such as wall coverings.
We aim to develop a wide range of applications, from injection-molding pellets to press-moldable sheets designed for large components.

We propose “toyo-totsu,” an environmentally friendly, soft-touch product for interior resin components
that enables a urethane-free, adhesive-free, easy-to-disassemble, and mono-material design.
In addition to automotive parts, it can also be used for residential equipment and furniture, including flooring, handrails, and office chairs.

Sensor Housing

HEV and PHEV electric drive units are equipped with a current sensor housing that detects the current required for motor control.
This product is designed to support the miniaturization of electric drive units and increasingly complex current paths,
while ensuring high reliability even under demanding operating conditions.
This is made possible by leveraging our long-established expertise in insert molding technology and proprietary manufacturing know-how developed over many years.
Furthermore, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact,
we are exploring the recycling of insert-molded products, contributing to sustainable manufacturing.
