The eco pellet GP-2 is a film re-pelletizing machine that recycles trimming film and other film waste generated during film production without exposing the material to a thermal history.

Using its proprietary twisting method, the GP-2 twists, stretches, and compresses film waste into rounded, high-density recycled pellets.
The resulting pellets have excellent compatibility with virgin resin, helping to reduce mixing inconsistencies and unmixed material.

The GP-2 can also be used in-line, eliminating the need to wind, transport, and store film waste and enabling material to be recycled directly within the production process.

By reducing material loss and waste, the GP-2 also contributes to lower raw material costs.

“Recycle Without Melting” Eco pellet GP-3 handles thick, rigid, and wide films that are difficult to recycle with the GP-2.
The eco pellet GP-3 is a film re-pelletizing machine that combines the GP-2’s proprietary twisting method with heater units.

By gently softening film at a temperature below its melting point, the GP-3 makes the film easier to twist and stretch, enabling the recycling of films that are difficult to process with the GP-2.
Its dual-heating system, combining heater tubes and heated stretching rollers, efficiently softens the film without causing thermal degradation, producing high-density recycled pellets.

Furthermore, with the newly developed Power Booster, the GP-3 can process materials with a cross-sectional area of up to 30 mm², further expanding the range of materials that can be re-pelletized.

The “Mixer That Doesn't Mix” The MazeCon AB-05H eliminates mixing inconsistencies and leftover blended material.
The MazeCon AB-05H is a high-precision mixing machine that mounts directly to an extruder and mixes only the required materials in real time.

By eliminating the need to pneumatically convey pre-mixed materials, the AB-05H prevents material separation during conveying. It also eliminates leftover blended material after production is completed.
The AB-05H accommodates changes in material formulations with ease, helping to reduce material loss and simplify the production process.

It consistently achieves high-precision mixing without relying on operator skill, enabling a simpler and more efficient material feeding process.

The “Mixer That Doesn't Mix” Freely combine seven materials while reducing material costs, waste, and changeover work with the MazeCon AB-07.
The MazeCon AB-07 is a multi-material mixing machine that can simultaneously meter and mix up to seven different materials by weight.

By utilizing its seven material units to actively incorporate lower-cost materials, recycled materials, and off-grade materials, the AB-07 helps reduce raw material costs.
The newly developed XY System enables automatic feeding of purge material, automatic material discharge, and prevention of material spillage.

By simplifying material changeovers and cleaning operations that tend to increase with multi-material mixing, the AB-07 reduces material waste and supports stable production.

The Custom Blender is a multi-material mixing system capable of high-precision mixing of 2 to 12 different materials.

In addition to handling multiple materials, each material is assigned its own dedicated mixing unit. By selecting only the materials required for each production order, the system reduces the need to remove materials for cleaning and replacement.

This also helps streamline material changeovers and purging operations. The system is compatible with both single-screw and twin-screw extruders and can be custom-designed to suit a wide range of applications, from small-volume precision mixing to large-volume mixing.

The SP-3500 is a pressure cleaning machine designed to clean long metal components such as screws using a combination of a dedicated cleaning agent, heat, and pressure.
Unlike conventional cleaning methods that rely on scrubbing with wire brushes or burning off resin, the SP-3500 helps remove adhered resin and carbonized deposits while minimizing damage to the screw surface.

The SP-3500 accommodates long components up to φ115 × L3500 mm, helping reduce cleaning time and operator workload while minimizing defects caused by foreign matter.

The MP-310 is a pressure cleaning machine designed to clean metal components such as molds and breaker plates using a combination of a dedicated cleaning agent, heat, and pressure.
Unlike conventional cleaning methods that rely on scrubbing with wire brushes or burning off resin, the MP-310 helps remove adhered resin and carbonized deposits while minimizing damage to the surface of the components.

The MP-310 accommodates metal components up to Ø280 × H400 mm, helping reduce cleaning time and operator workload while minimizing defects caused by foreign matter.

Newly developed for small extruders, this compact and cost-effective mixing machine provides the essential functions required for precise material mixing.
With a maximum throughput of 30 kg/h, the machine achieves a compact design by limiting the number of materials that can be mixed to three.

The extrusion output control and take-up speed control functions featured in conventional MazeCon models have been omitted, allowing the machine to focus on the functions that are essential for material mixing and making it more accessible for a wider range of applications.
Despite its simplified design, the machine maintains a level of mixing accuracy comparable to that of conventional MazeCon models.
