  • PARTS & COMPONENTS for MACHINES PUMPS VACUUM PUMP

This technical sample, fabricated entirely in-house from 3D modeling to final production, is made using PA12 (nylon) powder 3D printing. We have achieved a complex hollow structure that smoothly branches from a single tube into eight directions through complete, single-piece integration—requiring absolutely no welding or assembly. While conventional manufacturing methods would require dividing this geometry into multiple parts, we have formed it as a single, seamless component. This piece beautifully combines the matte, dense texture characteristic of powder-based printing with the seamless structure unique to fully integrated fabrication.

This technical sample is a lightweight, lattice-structured manifold, produced entirely in-house from 3D modeling to post-processing. It comes in PA12 (powder) and clear-coated stereolithography resin.
Instead of redesigning surrounding parts for weight reduction, we keep the original external shape while cutting weight using an internal lattice.
Highlighting the 3D-printing concept that a solid interior is unnecessary, the clear-resin model visually reveals this structure. It demonstrates our one-stop fabrication and weight-reduction approach without altering existing design specs.

  • PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING TRIAL MODEL MAKING 3D MODELING

This medical technical sample of a spine is produced entirely in-house using white resin, spanning from AI-assisted modeling to stereolithography (SLA).
Based on AI-generated 3D data refined by our specialists, we reproduced the complex anatomical structure and minute details of the vertebrae and sacrum using high-resolution SLA. The smooth white resin perfectly captures the intricate bone shapes.
This piece demonstrates our one-stop capabilities—from AI data creation to the high-fidelity printing demanded by the medical field.

  • PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING OTHER OTHER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING

This is a sample product that achieves an ultra-thin wall thickness of 0.07 mm solely through machining, utilizing a solid round bar of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)—a material known for being heat-sensitive and viscous.

Generally, ultra-thin cutting of PVC is considered extremely difficult due to deformation from cutting heat and workpiece deflection caused by tool pressure. The company has overcome these challenges by using proprietary cutting tool selection and specialized jig technology to secure the workpiece.

Since the product is machined as a single piece from a solid round bar (seamless processing), it has no seams from bonding or welding. As a result, despite its ultra-thin profile, it eliminates the risk of liquid leakage or breakage at joints, maintaining high structural strength and airtightness.

  • PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING OTHER OTHER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING

This is a sample product demonstrating a mirror finish with a surface roughness of Ra 0.25, achieved solely through machining without any polishing.
While conventional resin machining requires buffing to remove cloudy surfaces, this polishing process rounds the edges and compromises dimensional accuracy. Through proprietary cutting conditions and tool control, the company achieves a completely transparent, ultra-mirror surface in its as-machined state, balancing sharp features with high dimensional accuracy.
