At IPF Japan 2026, EMPILON will showcase its latest innovations in Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) under four key themes: Sustainable Materials, General-Purpose and Overmolding TPE Solutions, Applications for Elderly Care, and Ultra-Soft TPE Materials.

The exhibition will feature environmentally friendly TPEs incorporating PCR/PIR recycled content and bio-based materials, helping customers achieve carbon reduction and circular economy goals while maintaining excellent processing efficiency and product performance.

EMPILON will also present a comprehensive range of general-purpose and overmolding TPE solutions, including direct adhesion technologies for PP, PC, ABS, PA6, PA66, PA12, and various engineering plastics. These materials offer excellent adhesion, durability, and design flexibility for a wide range of applications.

To address the needs of an aging society, EMPILON is exploring healthcare and long-term care applications. Our ultra-soft TPE materials provide excellent softness, cushioning, comfort, and anti-slip performance, creating new possibilities for care products, consumer goods, and other innovative applications.

本展示会では、「サステナブル材料」「汎用・オーバーモールドTPEソリューション」「高齢者ケア用途」「超低硬度軟質材料」をテーマに、EMPILONの熱可塑性エラストマー（TPE）における技術力と応用展開をご紹介します。PCR／PIR再生材やバイオベース原料を活用した環境配慮型TPEを展示し、優れた加工性と製品性能を維持しながら、脱炭素化や循環型社会の実現に貢献します。
また、PP、PC、ABS、PA6、PA66、PA12をはじめとする各種エンジニアリングプラスチックに対応した汎用・オーバーモールドTPEソリューションを展示します。優れた接着性能、耐久性、設計自由度を備え、自動車、産業機器、電子機器、アウトドア製品など幅広い分野での活用が可能です。
さらに、高齢化が進む社会を見据え、介護・医療補助分野への応用可能性にも注目しています。ソフトな触感や滑り止め性能を備えた超低硬度TPE材料を通じて、快適性や安全性が求められる製品への新たな可能性を提案します。

本次展覽將以「永續材料」、「泛用與包膠TPE解決方案」、「高齡照護應用」及「超低硬度軟質材料」為主題，展現EMPILON在熱塑性彈性體（TPE）領域的持續創新與應用實力。我們將展示採用PCR／PIR再生原料及生物基方案的環保TPE，協助客戶兼顧永續發展、加工效率與產品性能，實現減碳與循環經濟目標。

此外，因應日本高齡化社會發展趨勢，EMPILON亦積極關注長照與醫療輔助產品市場需求，透過柔軟舒適觸感、止滑性能及材料創新技術，探索更多照護相關應用可能。同時，我們也將展示超低硬度軟質TPE材料，適用於舒適接觸、減壓緩衝及特殊柔軟需求產品，為未來照護用品、生活消費品及其他創新應用帶來更多可能性。
