医用吸头模具
- PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING MOLD/DIE PROCESSING MOLD/DIE MANUFACTURING for INJECTION MOLDING
1×12 cavity medical pipette tip mold for 500μL PP tips. 0.4mm wall. S136 core/cavity, P20 base and 4-point hot runner.
This mold is designed for precision injection molding of 500μL medical pipette tips in PP. With a product weight of 0.3g and a wall thickness of only 0.4mm, the mold requires careful control of cavity filling balance, material flow, dimensional stability and reliable demolding.
The core and cavity are made of S136 steel hardened to HRC 48–50, while the mold base uses P20 steel. A 4-point hot runner system is applied to support stable filling across all 12 cavities. A stripper plate ejection system is used to reduce deformation risks during demolding of the thin-wall medical components.
The project demonstrates ROSTMOLD’s engineering capabilities in multi-cavity precision medical molds, thin-wall molding, runner balancing, precision tooling and stable mass production.
