弊社はプラスチック製品の製造(射出成形、加飾、ASSY)を長年行ってきております。　そのモノづくりの現場では検査工程があり、不良の流出を防止する為に自社で『画像検査システム』の開発を行いました。簡単設定・簡単操作をモットーに現場目線での開発を行ってきました。
昨今では、省人化や自動化の需要の高まりから、自動化設備の実績も増え、設計から製作、立上げまで一貫して行う事ができます。
現在、AIを活用した『治具レス』での検査システムの開発を行っており、本展示会で紹介させて頂きます。　　是非ブースへお越しください！！

We have long been engaged in the manufacturing of plastic products, covering processes such as injection molding, decoration, and assembly. To prevent defective products from reaching the market, we developed our own "image inspection system," prioritizing ease of setup and operation from the perspective of the production floor.
In response to the growing demand for labor-saving and automation solutions, we have successfully implemented numerous automated systems and offer comprehensive services—handling everything from design and fabrication to system startup.
We are currently developing a "fixture-less" inspection system utilizing AI, which we will be showcasing at this exhibition. We look forward to welcoming you to our booth!
