フランスROCTOOL社が提供している誘導金型加熱システムを紹介します。当社はROCTOOL社の日本総代理店としてお客様と協力し誘導加熱システムの導入や誘導金型の開発、成形支援を行っています。急速に金型を加熱することで成形品質を向上させサイクルタイムを大きくロスすることなく量産化をすることができます。また従来成形が困難であった高機能プラスチック、金属、強化繊維複合材などを400℃以上に加熱された金型を利用し商品化することも可能となります。当社展示ブースでは誘導加熱金型や成形サンプルを展示いたします。

We would like to introduce the induction mold heating system offered by the French company Roctool. As Roctool's exclusive distributor in Japan, we collaborate with customers to implement induction heating systems, develop induction-heated molds, and provide molding support. Rapid mold heating improves molding quality and enables mass production without significant increases in cycle time. Furthermore, it allows for the commercialization of materials that were previously difficult to mold—such as high-performance plastics, metals, and fiber-reinforced composites—by utilizing molds heated to temperatures exceeding 400°C. We will be showcasing induction-heated molds and molded samples at our exhibition booth.
